Delete your account

In the app

Open MindPix, go to your profile settings, choose Delete account and confirm.

Can’t open the app? Write to hello@mindpix.co from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, face data, event memberships and the photos you uploaded yourself. Photos uploaded by an organiser stay in that organiser’s event; you can ask us to remove photos of you.

When

Deletion starts immediately and is completed within 30 days, including backups. Purchase records may be kept where the law requires.
