Agreement

These terms govern your use of MindPix, provided by MobileUpp Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“MobileUpp”). By creating an account you accept them.

Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Organisers

If you create an event or upload photos you confirm that you have the right to share those photos and that the people in them have been informed, and where required have consented, that MindPix will be used. You decide who can join your event.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, photos taken without the right to share them, or content that harms others. Do not try to identify people outside the events they have joined, or to misuse face matching in any way.

Credits and subscriptions

Credits and subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your store account. Unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos. You give MobileUpp the permission needed to store, process and deliver them to the event’s members.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

MindPix is provided as is. Matching may miss or misplace a photo; organisers should keep their own copies. To the extent the law allows, MobileUpp is not liable for indirect losses.

Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.
